Application

For ventilation with outside air the air inlet and outlet hatches are needed. Allround Hatches are made of PIR sandwich panels to ensure proper insulation of the storage section.

Application

This microprocessor controlled system is capable of controlling all needed operating devices for optimal storage of all agricultural products in all kind of storage systems and climates. It is regulating the temperature, relative humidity and CO₂ level inside the storage building to the optimal values to maintain the product quality with minimal storage losses.

1. The product will arrive from the field by tip trailers. The tip trailer unloads the product in the Receiving Hopper.
   From the hopper the product can be placed either in boxes or to the bulk section.
2. After placing the product in the Receiving Hopper, the product gets cleaned and Pre graded by the Pre-Grader.
3. Small potatoes that are graded out are collected on the Small potato Belt. The soil will fall through this belt.
4. Soil is transported by Waste belt and the cleaned and graded product is transported via Product belt and the Telescopic Conveyors to the Space finder.
   With the Space Finder the product is loaded in the storage.
